24.01.2022 New Pergola we’ve just finished off at the Belgian Beer Café Oostende has come up a treat! Outdoor heating, glass roof to watch this rain through and plenty of beverage choices, what are you waiting for! Get down there and enjoy a few!

21.01.2022 New home at Happy Valley coming along nicely. It’s great having a team with such a wide variety of skills while one crew has been on first fix carpentry the other has been busting rock to get the retaining wall up. Roof is on now, what a view! Clients now want a roof top pool and bar maybe on the next one guys! Thanks to A1 Site Solutions for the fencing works, great job

20.01.2022 Demolition job we've recently completed. Complete removal of an old concrete swimming pool and changeroom at a Primary School. They certainly were not shy with the concrete on these pools! Nothing our team and equipment can't handle though Backfilled and compacted the hole and laid a topping layer of sandy loam, all ready for the kiddos to start their veggie patches!

18.01.2022 Finished this project off at the Paringa Park Primary school over the school holidays ready for term 2. Even got the emu to his new home to watch the sun come up! 17.01.2022 Not a bad place to work! Nice Demolition job to start the year off. Complete removal of the old Seacliff Surf Tower while leaving the connected toilet block undamaged. This project involved retaining part of the existing basement wall to stabilise the footpath over. Landscaping to come!

17.01.2022 Wow what a project! All the boys have done great on this one, especially considering the very tight timeframe! Much needed renovations to the accomodation at the Exeter hotel at semaphore. Big thanks to ADX Depot Benson's Joinery S&M Fabrications Benton & Co. Quality Finishes and all the lads here at Andy’s Building, should all be very proud of what we accomplished!

11.01.2022 Big mobile phone tower footing for CME Group in Parawa, great place to work with excellent people. If you need large scale electrical works completed to the highest standards they are your go to!

08.01.2022 Job going well at Paringa Park primary school. Footing piers poured and formwork ready for concrete stairs next week. Helps when there’s some good looking roosters on site!

08.01.2022 The Hendon hotel, lots of work has gone into this one. Full gaming room changeover undertaken in 36 hours, complete demo and rebuild. Upgrades to the existing bar, external cladding, new dinning room seating and fresh carpets with a coat of paint throughout to spice her up! 05.01.2022 Big cut for this new home in happy valley

05.01.2022 12 tonner has been out with the divining rods Excavation works to install underground retention tanks for a plumber we work with regularly found some serious ground water. Some long days and hard work conquered it though.

03.01.2022 Few progress photos from our job at Paringa primary school, structural steel all up, concrete ramps poured and now the boys are onto this nice sized deck thanks to the guru formwork carpenter Luke at Gulliver Carpentry & Construction
