24.01.2022 HALLOWED HALLS HANDOVER EARLY | Buildcorp has proudly added another outstanding project to our student accommodation portfolio, with the completion of the St Andrews College, Sydney Thyne, Reid Link Development. The teams collaborative approach saw them achieve handover six weeks early and receive top marks from the Client. The project features a six storey new build combined with refurbishment works to connect existing buildings, 88 new beds, gymnasium and commercial k...itchen. 19.01.2022 Buildcorp has proudly completed the upgrade and extension of one of Sydneys busiest Emergency Departments (ED) at St Vincents Hospital, after seven carefully considered stages. Over 50k people present to the ED annually and services have been improved with the addition of new facilities for psychiatric and mental health needs. We are pleased to report that the Smiling Mind Schools Program (co-funded by the NSW Department of Education will now reach a further 70 schools by the end of Term 1, 2021.

18.01.2022 Ceremonial shovels were at the ready as we broke ground on the revolutionary Santa Sophia Catholic College project with our project partners from the Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta, TSA Management, BVN Architecture and Hills Shire Mayor Dr Michelle Byrne. The project will offer world class innovation, industry collaboration and community investment. Thanks to over 300 workers so far, demolition of the retail centre, located above the busy Fortitude Valley train station, was recently completed. Our residential remedial project that repaired, restored and revitalised the historic Nevada apartments in Darling Point took out the top prize in the ‘Home Unit Renovation External’ category. The complex project required solutions to fix, strengthen and modernise the windows, balconies and façade..., delivered safely with residents still in situ.
