23.01.2022 Ever wanted to know the most under rated suburb that has it all...Pelican Each time I go there I feel as though on holidays, close to everything but yet has a very coastal feeling especially with the new boat ramp. Huge children's playgrounds along side the waters edge with bbq facilities, its defiantly a gem outside of the city.... 09.01.2022 Huge thankyou to Cameron Stevenson and Eleanor Smythe at LJ Hooker Valentine for showing me 8 Arbutus Avenue Valentine today #ljhookerwarnersbayvalentine My Review: Firstly, Dont waste your time on....getting a pest and building report, as If I was requested to do so then Id have nothing to find fault with this spectacular piece of design and architecture. ... Not only is it located in one of the most popular suburbs, but situated in what I consider to be the best street, where i could imagine kids still play a game of street cricket. Ahhh those were days.. anyway i digress :) Every single element of this property shows the difference trades people of all areas not just doing a job, but doing a job with care and precision -and the end results are breath taking. With a degree of deception, I felt that had entered the Tardis, as the rooms and space seemed to be endless.Five spacious bedrooms, two of those boasting a stylish ensuite and one with external access The outdoor entertainment area with pool (of-cause) seemed as though it had been cut out from a designer magazine and placed perfectly on the property. Now, I'm no Jamie Oliver, but you could be mistaken that the kitchen is something of his standards - Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Caesar stone tops. So, I guess your probably now you asking with your professional grade kitchen, more than adequate entertainment area for friends and guest - How long is the wait for the toilet? 06.01.2022 Im sorry everyone I didnt get a chance to review - 72 Gordon Avenue, Hamilton South, my client had already showed interest elsewhere...but thats ok...But I did get to checkout a place in Kotara - thanks to my good friend David Caldwill - https://www.realestate.com.au/agent/david-caldwell-1322561 Now this one I inspected on last Saturday, and you could tell that it was well looked after. With a pier based structure I found no issue.... Ant capping were all ok. Bearers were all structurally sound. The weather board exterior needed no work Flooring was covered by carpet - so I could not inspect it. All in all a older house that is still as strong as the day it was built - No Faults Found and healthy 9 / 10
