25.01.2022 After the events of shutdowns last night we had a meeting this morning with our participants and client today regarding our online training for the week. We felt it was the right thing to not proceed as most participants have partners losing jobs as well as there concern for their staff. We are disappointed however people have greater priorities at this moment. We don't wish to be seen as taking advantage of a very tough environment.

24.01.2022 At Building Better People we take a hands on and different approach to learning in the Workplace. Not the tradional learning model of pens and books. We do our best to engage our participants and have fun along the way . Im not sure learn if they dont. Would love to know your thoughts ?

Leadership, Management , Difficult Conversations, Communication, Teams, Time Management and more. What a great bunch of people to work with ! Thanks for having us . Hope to see you all again soon.

13.01.2022 After a forced break , we are back and delivering our programs via the Zoom platform. The feedback has been excellent from our participants as it was an unknown. 05.01.2022 With strict restrictions around people's contact, we have our first course tomorrow via a platform called Zoom. Nothing replaces face to face Training, it will be a new experience for us. When things get economically tough the training industry gets hit first and hard. Organisations find it easy to just cut Training their staff. Sad but true. Staff are the most important people in any business. Keep them happy and they will keep your customers happy.
