06.01.2022 Recently completed on a tight 7.5m frontage is the Longreach 162. Narrow lots can still work nicely for a single level home if the lot is 40m deep. This clever 4 bed, double garage design had spacious rooms and living area and still provided a great rear yard of 10m. This build was tendered for our client allowing a choice of builders after they saw the final quotes. This saved them $20,000 in variation from builder 1 to builder 5.
