22.01.2022 Top marks to the building edge crew and our subcontractors. Handed this very modern home this week to a happy client. Lots of black, polished concrete, steel benches. This home was quite difficult to get to this level but came through an absolute treat. Thanks to all.

22.01.2022 Our current project using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS), in conjunction with Fenster & Panel from Victoria www.fensterandpanel.com.au and Archier www.archier.com.au as the site architect. The SIPS panels were chosen by the client for their great thermal properties and speed of construction. The building was framed, insulated and protected from the weather and ready for cladding and windows within 2 weeks. A rewarding and enjoyable system/build to be involved in.

18.01.2022 Welcome to our new apprentice Chris Potter! Easing him into the trade with a couple of days framing up the coast.

17.01.2022 Just handed over a Preston Lane designed home overlooking the vineyards. Features include curved timber wall, polished concrete floor to the studio with cool glass atrium to the living areas. Spotted gum decks and external wall feature.

03.01.2022 Just handed over our latest new build. Very proud of the quality of work we are achieving. We enjoy building top end work for great clients. This UDI design certainly pushed some boundaries. These clients were fantastic to work with and are thrilled with their new home. To say the build was a labour of love is an understatement. Great work by all our trades and the Building Edge team.

02.01.2022 Update on our"sips panel" new build in Tranmere. All but done now, just needs a few finishing touches. The project surprised us all in a number of different ways. The outcome certainly ended up a beautiful home. The raw aspects of the materials used complement the home.
