These have taken the form of places that I have travelled with my work and in the variety of the works themselves. Highlights! Through my time to date in the construction industry I have gone swimming with ...Great White Sharks, Played Football on the MCG, I have competed in the 12m Yatchs that defended the America’s Cup, won many industry awards and have attended some fantastic functions and awards both in Victoria and interstate! Real Highlights! The real highlight for me though is the people that I have worked with over those years and the results that we were collectively able to achieve. These teams are inclusive of the clients and the consultants especially on the Design and Construction Projects or the Construction Management Projects. It is the Client that takes the first step and nothing happens without hard work and dedication, calculating the odds, taking the odd chance and then building a team that will work on the problems until they become solutions. I have always had a client focus because in very simple terms without the client there is no work for anyone associated with the project, a fact that can be forgotten by some people these days. Evolution: It is therefore a natural evolution for us to move from the building side of the process to the client side. Building Principals as a name recognizes the importance of the client within the process as the client is always the Principal of any building works contract. Unique Building Principals is also in an almost unique position to provide client services backed by a Registered Commercial Builder Unlimited able to carry out ANY commercial Building works in the state of Victoria.
