25.01.2022 Many invest in residential property, because its "as safe as houses", however the profit they achieve recently ( if any) sometimes dosn't make it worth while. This is an excellent opportunity, however all our current members are not in a position to join a Joint Venture with us to buy and develop this house at the moment.
