25.01.2022 #Coldstream_Semi_Randwick Teamed up with Donna Moon Architect in a successful project. We have two semi houses in council Randwick renovated together - it is an advantage. The two houses share the party wall and the same architectural style. We work with two clients at the same time to smoothly combine modern architecture with 1950 brick house style, and satisfy Council requirements.... Area: ~250 m2 each, frontage 6.5m each Semi house: 4 bedrooms, 2 living, 1 family, 3 bathrooms Condition: DA/CC approval, under construction. We decided to go to CDC instead of the long DA process. Happy to collaborate with Westin Homes Builder for this stunning project. At the request of the customer to maximize the area for rent, we designed the house with an attached studio (granny), which guaranteed to get the rental quickly.
