25.01.2022 Work on site remains on hold. NO WORK is being done by Building Dimensions or any of his contractors. I do hope this gets sorted out soon as the project has been officially on hold since Feb 2019.

25.01.2022 In Federal Court yesterday for the continued saga of Mr Peter Aitken who was made bankrupt by the ATO and who owes me for the build of the wine bar "The Cabin" ...in Mt Hawthorn in 2009. The order was made to give Mr Aitken and 2 other respondents 30 days to vacate themselves from their last 2 remaining properties so the properties can be sold to pay the ATO and other creditors including myself. If they do not respond, Seizure and Delivery orders were given to have them forcefully removed and are held in the Registry. There may be light at the end of a very dark tunnel for me finally but lets not get too ahead of myself. A good win finally.

11.01.2022 In Arbitration to sort out the alleged invalid termination of my contract and the alleged illegal possession of my site by my clients Anthony and Josephine Agostino. Anthony from Anthony Agostino Accountants who was my accountant for 10 years has caused this dispute after I had been building their house for 3 years.

11.01.2022 Agostino Hearing. Finally completed the Arbitration Hearing against Mr Anthony Agostino, from Anthony Agostino Accountants. The hearing took one and half days where Mr Agostino engaged 3 separate lawyers in an attempt to avoid his breach of contract damages for our contract to build Ashley ave house. My lawyer and myself attended the hearing.... I now wait for the completion of the arbitration process to find out the result. I will keep you informed on the results when they come to hand. 11.01.2022 "The Cabin" Wine Bar Story. Peter Aitken had his family home seized this week by the Sherriff, this will help pay their debts after the ATO had taken Peter Aitken to Court. After over 10 years this saga is still continuing for my debts for building the wine bar. But at least there is a little hope about getting some money. There is one more property left to sell. The Cabin what a disaster story for Building Dimensions.

10.01.2022 Work and design by Building Dimensions.

05.01.2022 Arbitration update. Mr Anthony Agostino continues not to pay for work done to the property in Quinns Rock since Nov 2018 in excess of $40,000.00. My contractors still wait for payment from Mr Agostino. He has also had his lawyer Mr Cook from Sherlock Legal try to have Mr Anthony Agostino's name taken off the Contract to build the Quinns Rocks Property and have the Arbitration process dismissed as they had not approved to have the contract issues taken to Arbitration.... On both counts Mr Agostino and Sherlock Legal lost. But they have also delayed the Arbitration process by a month. Frank Agostino from Westec Electrical also worked on my site without permission and then after being fired from working on Building Dimensions jobs after 14 years of working together. Continued to work on site so as to allow Anthony Agostino to claim to be living on the property during the Stop Works Notice for the site. The dispute continues.........Anthony Agostino has become the worse client I have had to date. Especially as he was my accountant for 10 years.

05.01.2022 Still waiting on payment from Anthony Agostino from Anthony Agostino Accountants for my contractors doing work at Quinns Rocks.

05.01.2022 Building works have been put on hold on site until further notice due to clients financial issues. I am hoping this gets resolved soon.

04.01.2022 Agostino Arbitration Hearing Tomorrow the hearing finally starts against the Agostino's for breaching their contract to build their home. This action was started in July 2019 and finally comes to a head with Agostino using 3 lawyers to try overcome the contract with me. This should not have to happen to get paid and get my projects built.... I will keep you posted as to the outcome. See more
