16.01.2022 I’m tired of the government scratching their head wondering why more first home owners aren't choosing to build despite there being a $20k FHOG incentive. Well here's what we know to be true. 1. Real estate agents are paid up to 3 times more in commission to 'sell' someone into an existing home. 2. Most banks and brokers prefer to see their clients choose the 'easy' option and buy an existing home. 3. People aren't aware of how much money they can actually save by choosing t...o build.
