Building Inspections Plus have been assisting property owners for over a decade by keeping them informed as to the current condition of their investment, by way of carrying out a thorough Inspection with provision of a detailed report. Wherever possible Eric will include recommendations for defective areas in the report. It is the Landlords responsibility for repairing or replacing fixtures which have deteriorated due to fair wear and tear.
