10.01.2022 Update from us. We were due to have our development valued this week, but due to the virus, the valuers have had a backlog. So good news, it is booked for next Tuesday Will update you once we get the valuation back, we are excited to see the numbers.... 02.01.2022 The Power of Knowledge!! This is a good example of what we learn, then pass on to our children, then they put it into practice. We have been property investors for the past 20yrs, but only in the last 5yrs we invested in educating ourselves on how to invest properly.... What we learnt, we have taught our boys so that they won’t make the mistakes we made in the past. So last night we played Monopoly World with our boys, every time they landed on a country they wanted to buy it, then they put houses on them, my hubby was getting so frustrated. They both said to him, dad, why are you getting mad, you taught us well, we don’t want the money, we want the properties, they have more value!!! We taught them well, they can take this knowledge to the real world - they will be great. Btw, our eldest son Josh won #proudparents #knowledgeiskey #leavealegacy
