25.01.2022 Stage Two of the Oakfield Rise Retirement Estate we are building for Southern Cross Care SA, NT & VIC Inc in Mount Barker is nearing completion. With four houses left to finish and bitumen to be laid at the start of next month, we’re on track for the project to be wrapped up by the end of September.

Buildtec is responsible for the complete design and construct of this exciting project which will help create more affordable housing options for South Australians. 06.01.2022 The ‘topping out’ of a project is a key construction milestone and signifies when a building has reached its maximum height. Our new apartment project adjoining the Buildtec Head Office in Kent Town will achieve this exciting milestone soon with the remaining roof framing to be completed in coming days. In a first for Buildtec, we’re using single direction laminated veneer lumber (LVL) as the main structural component on this project to achieve a quality build in less time....
