25.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS to the newest members of the First Home Owners Centre family Tim & Olivia & the 2 little boys. This was a tough one as Tim is working away a LOT so it was hard to catch him when he was in town. We got there though, it may have been over the phone whilst away again but we got there. TBH I'm certain he didn't have much of a say in this one! Olivia handled it all and was super excited to see the end result after a lot of additions to our Spectre design. They already live in Baldivis so wanted to stay there which was easy so we got them onto an awesome block close to the boys school. Looking forward to seeing Tim when he's back to congratulate him also.

24.01.2022 A massive congratulations to my amazing client Melissa & her awesome little man Cory on the purchase of their very first brand new house & land package in the very well presented Movida Estate in Midvale by PEET. Mel has been renting in Stratton now for some time & working in Midland so we had to keep in and around the area, also for Cory's school. We managed to secure this block for her, pay out her debts and get her & Cory into the housing market for the start of their v...ery exciting new chapter in their lives. A big thanks to Deanne at Movida for all her help signing the land contract with my client and explaining it all step by step to Melissa. A big thanks to the team at First Home Owners Centre for all their help with the finance and for handing me the brand new house design that fitted her budget and now to be sold - The Indigo. 05.01.2022 I'm happy to welcome David, Erica & their family to the First Home Owners Centre to take them on their new home journey. These guys were knocked back by other builders but I sat with them, listened to every little detail they mentioned and with thorough research, help & planning from the land agent from ACTON Real Estate, brokers, drafting & estimating team we were able to pay out their debt, secure their finance, house design and block in a location they were extremely happy with.
