For many first or second home buyers like me, this is the exciting part of building your house. This will be the installation of all interior finishes and all those colour palettes we chose during prestart.... Internal fitout includes the installation of the aircon, oven, electrical wirings and so forth. With the completion of the internal fitout part 2, the next step will be a practical inspection. Follow my journey as I build my house here in Perth, Western Australia. I'll be providing the step by step procedure and tips on how to build a house. 02.01.2022 Patapos na po tayo (we are almost finished)!! Now that the internal Fitout is finished, we can do the final touches of the house which is the External Fitout. It involves grano paving, garage doors, painting and final walkthrough before the PCI completion. After the external Fitout, the next step will be cleaning and PCI completion and we are almost close to the finish line.
