But also for those looking to build I will suggest to be quik, Why? 1. Availability in Land is already Scarce and I've had few developers this week no holding blocks. First in first dress. 2. The grant has nothing to do with this, but some of the major builders have put their prices up by 2% th...is is due to materials going up due to covid 19 which has affected material availibility and delivery time. 3. It may start happening that materials may be out of stock as houses start getting build. 4. You may be on risk to have to be waiting up to 1.5 years due to the wait on titles, which happens once there are no more blocks available.
