With two days left of the FY, I have decided to host a FLASH SALE for all new PT clients. With many of us still not at full capacity due to COVID19, I thought that this is an opportune time also to lend a hand on peoples wallets but ensure to give back as much knowledge and education as well as application of movements and exercise as I can.... 06.01.2022 Body image hardly has anything to do with your body. It has almost everything to do with your mindset. You could look at yourself one day and be like DAYUMN GIRL I AM FIIIINE and the very next day your go all Regina George and pick yourself apart on the things you don’t like about your body . LOOKING A CERTAIN WAY DOESN’T CURE NEGATIVE BODY IMAGE. THIS BODY WAS NOT A HEALTHY BODY. It was worked every day and was in a huge nutrient deficiency. It was for a purpose and... this body served its purpose for the goal that was set for it. . I’m now on my own health and self love journey and my goal is to act and believe the phrase above. When you treat your body with love + respect, you’re going to have more positive body image days, compared to if you don’t ever exercise, your eating habits are very poor, and you don’t do any other forms of self-care. TALKING about body image is also extremely important. RECOGNIZING when you feel good and understanding WHY you feel bad. Do you notice your perception of your body image fluctuate? 01.01.2022 Creeping outside my comfort zone. This week I’ve stepped outside my comfort zone and begun to host a series of LIVE IG interviews with people I’ve looked up to and been inspired by over the past few years. I’m still getting used to it, how to post/save on Instagram and then how to increase its reach to people but I’m loving it so far. Last night I spoke to @jasongalea_pc from @stcfit and we discussed DIET STRATEGIES, the future of personal training and how benefits of trackin...g metrics such as your food, sleep, digestion for a period of time. On Tuesday, I had the god @glute.guru ! I asked him how he came to focus on developing our rears, training at home and the mistakes you’re making and also spoke about his new gym which will be up back and running once Rona fucks off! I might not get a 1000 views or reach a shit load of pages but this is something I’ve found that is frankly fun as shit and it will benefit those who listen as well as my Tonight though is going to be a cracker!
