24.01.2022 Hi everybody We are back on the Tools today. We started this today it’s an existing double garage, turning it into a 1 bedroom granny flat with bathroom, kitchen & lounge. 24.01.2022 DONALD STREET project coming along nicely. Between working in with other projects and how busy it has been this is slowly but surely coming to life, a lot of work has gone into this job, and I’m so proud of the team for what we have done. All the hard work we have put in doesn’t go unrecognised ( maybe we should have knocked it down but where’s the fun in that) nearly at inspection stage, then internal lining will start, we cannot wait to see this one wrapped up and have a beer on that deck, Regards Zac.

22.01.2022 Today at Our Donald street project we removed all the old external walls and opened into the new extension, and my how good are those raked ceilings, with full open plan living now, we cannot wait to get this all sheeted to see the finished result, still a lot of work to be done but glad the dirty work is out of the road, please phone or message Zac on 0432120579 for your next project.

18.01.2022 New deck under way in Maryland. Concrete Footings poured today and deck frame propped up ready for tomorrow installing all the posts. Here we are constructing a new split level deck with a fly over roof, and privacy wall . Decking material we are using 138mm merbau decking boards. Let’s hope this rain holds up to give our legend customers the deck for Xmas.

17.01.2022 The roof Frame is up at this project. Big ups to Brendan Worth for the strength cause these were super awkward and heavy, 360mm x 7.300mm but we got there in the end. Cannot wait to see this come together it’s looking unreal.

17.01.2022 Today we started our Woodberry deck/roof and aren’t we flying by. Here we are constructing a treated pine deck, and stairs and removing the window to install a sliding door for easy access to the deck. 16.01.2022 Mayfield job we have been on the past 2 days. Removing 3x old windows and installing new stegbar windows. Removal of old horsehair gyprock, new insulation and new gyprock installed all ready for a lick of paint. ...

15.01.2022 Today we took this shed to another level, cutting a bifold window in, with a Blackbutt bar. 14.01.2022 laundry/ bathroom in homesville. Was an existing laundry, client wanted to add a shower and toilet, when we started jackhammering the existing tiles and screed up, we discovered something very dodgy, bricks sitting on dirt, then the screed and tiles sitting on top, no structural slab or subfloor, resolving the problem we poured a new concrete slab, and new plumbing was installed. We are ready for the waterproofer, cannot wait to see this complete

11.01.2022 Nelson plains job coming to an end. A lot of tiling throughout the whole house, walls removed, windows and doors installed, bathroom and now we are waiting for the gyprocker to finish then the kitchen to be installed. Christmas is only around the corner so message for your free quote. Work is currently booked out till end of February .

09.01.2022 DONALD ST project the gyprock is on, we are not far away from completion now. This job has come up beautiful, raked ceilings, ( 3 skylights in the roof we just need to cut the gyprock out) feature wall with recessed tv and fireplace. Cannot wait to see this one complete it will be

06.01.2022 Donald street renovation/ extension is coming along beautifully. This week we are locking the extension up, roofing the full house and tieing the extension into the existing home. It has been 12 days between these photos, while between other jobs also. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled to see this beautiful transformation come together

06.01.2022 2020 where do I start, what a great year it has been! Unlucky with the weather the past week and a bit which meant that we did not get to complete this job for our clients, but we still got most of it complete so they can sit out on the deck over the break. This space is going to be next level for entertaining! We are yet to complete another set of stairs, install the roof and downlights and sheet the ceiling, construct a solid cladded privacy wall, sheet inside and install w...ire balustrade. We won’t be available to get back to inquiries until January the 4th, as we are having a much needed break m. We hope everyone has a Merry Christmas, & Happy New Year and thanks to all our clients we couldn’t build dreams without you.

05.01.2022 Maryland deck is nearly at completion, after final inspection next week we will have this big job wrapped up. We built a wall, installed a window, built a bar overlooking the pool, lined the walls and ceiling, downlights being installed (still yet to complete). This space will be a hit for a summer BBQ ...
