20.01.2022 One thing I get asked all the time is... how do I stay motivated? The most simple answer to this is, you don’t... you may be motivated for the first couple of months but no one is ever going to be excited and full of energy or motivated all the time. ... You’re only human, everyone gets tired or stressed and daily life takes over. However it’s in those times when you don’t feel motivated to exercise or eat healthy that you need to dig deep and stay committed to your goal. It’s in those times when you’re not full of energy and motivated that you become disciplined. Now it’s the discipline and commitment to achieving your goals regardless of if you feel like it or not that will see you through long term. It is taking time to re-focus yourself and reaffirm WHY you’re doing this in the first place. Motivation will only take you so far but commitment and discipline will take you the rest of the way
