25.01.2022 As the sun comes up each morning you have a choice. Each day you have an important decision to make. What lense will you choose to view life through today? Will you decide to see things as have half full, or half empty? ... Do you choose to focus on what you are missing? Or do you choose to focus on what you have? This week during our sessions we have been discussing the topic of building a resilient mindset. During these times this seems more necessary than ever. We as human beings are programmed to look for threats & to look for what is wrong, it is literally in our DNA. You must be strong. You mustn’t give in to the little voice in your mind telling you that you aren’t good enough. The other voice must be louder. You are good enough! You are strong enough! Re-program. Re-wire. Re-focus. Start your morning off with a healthy dose of gratitude. Be thankful. Be happy. This isn’t something that is easy which is why you must practice it ritualistically!
