21.01.2022 PROJECT UPDATE // The team Built Ink are drawing near completion of this recent design and construction contract for Hesperia Property. This office and warehouse facility will be the new headquarters for @Mediatec part of NEP Group, Inc., the event tech specialists. It has been a pleasure working alongside Philip Oates & David Paz on the project.

The publicly listed company is set to capitalise on the rezoned Bayswater Hub as it looks to renew an old hardware store into a state of the art facility that will cater for education in the Hospitality, Management, Age and Disability Care.

04.01.2022 Our BDM Cara Little is doing her bit for Dry July and raising money for families affected by cancer. Cara is supporting the Charity Mummy's Wish. MUMMYS WISH is a small foundation that raises money to help families when their super mum gets diagnosed with the big C. 03.01.2022 PUBLIC ARTWORK // This totem sculpture has been placed proudly at the entrance of the recently completed office and showroom for Stoddart. Designed by Artist Gene Kim, it serves and contributes towards creating a strong sense of space, of the local identity, culture and character of the community whilst positively impacting the streetscape of the industrial park it is situated in. Each face has been engraved with local and surrounding wildlife and history and is made of out s...tainless steel. A perfect complimentary piece to the design of the building.
