25.01.2022 Some simple but effective tips for estrogen management....important for females and esp males

15.01.2022 Here's Shiv with a COMFORTABLE 50kg weighted Chin on his skills test day. He was sittting around 74kg Bodyweight on this day. The exact client I love having on board...does his homework day in day out....consistent with training....never complains....and MOST important of all....has a "QUITTING IS NOT AN OPTION" attitude!!! We have had to work through alot of tedious rehab to overcome nasty injuries...training smart around what he CAN do rather than give up because of what he... can't. This invloved some massive patience from Shiv but the hard work is paying off...he is progressing nicely and will surpass his previous training accomplishments. Big things to come as he prepares for enlistment into the Army with some solid ambitions there!

05.01.2022 This is the B-Series of Day2 Lower body. Here we simply include some accessory movements to support a solid foundation moving into following phases. She has 2 Lower Body days, Day1 is Quad dominant and the 2nd day will be aimed at Posterior Chain movement patterns. Looking forward to the results over the next few months.

03.01.2022 Soph has just come onboard for some help with coaching and programming. This is Lower Body D2 in her program. Here we focus on posterior chain and bringing up some weaknesses. She will be running a 4 day Upper/Lower split. This series is run as a 6/12/25 which should do the job just nicely. We will work on improving technique as we work on a basic linear load progression each week.... This is Soph's 1st session of this day and already happy with how she felt afterwards, considering she has been avoiding certain movements due to a bad history of back issues. The aim is to build strength through the main movement patterns. Looking forward to seeing where we can take her training.
