12.01.2022 We here at Buk Choy are incredibly sorry for the service by we provided tonight. Unprecedented amounts of orders across delivery, take away, and sit in, on top of staffing issues have left us reeling and we sincerely apologise for that. Some people were waiting well over an hour before they got their meal and some people didn’t get theirs at all. That’s not good enough and we will strive to do better for the community in the future. We are working on more staff for both fro...nt of house and in the kitchen and a delivery driver to cover these unexpected times. If you are looking for some work, come in and see us. We will be closed tomorrow (Sunday) to get everything in order and we will be reopened on Tuesday, back and better than ever. Same amazing food, but better service. Again to those customers from tonight. We are deeply deeply sorry, and hope you can forgive us enough to come and try our authentic Thai cuisine again in the future.
