24.01.2022 The Bulahdelah Soccer Club is required to announce team nominations by the end of the week. With this we would like to invite any new/existing child interested in playing the round ball code and becoming a member of a traveling team for the 2019 season to please show up and register at our Registration Day on Thursday 28th February at 4:30 pm prior to the Summer 6s Preliminary Finals. NOTE: TEAMS MUST BE NOMINATED BY THE END OF THE WEEK AND SUBMITTED TO THE FEDERATION. The club would once again love to provide representation in the mid north coast competitions and display the Bulahdelah spirit! Furthermore, the club would love to have expressions of interest in joining the Committee in helping facilitate a fun-filled soccer season ahead!

23.01.2022 Greetings all, A new football season is nearly upon us and registrations for 2020 have opened. The club is always on the lookout for volunteers, helpers and n...ew committee members. With that in mind, we have been lucky enough to secure the presence of Mr Phillip Andrews (Club Development Officer for Northern NSW) for a Committee Meeting at Plough Inn tomorrow starting at 5.30pm (Tuesday 4th February). There is, of course, absolutely no pressure to join the committee and the presence of parents/coaches/facilitators is always welcomed at any meeting. We look forward to seeing new (and the usual) faces. This will be a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding your child’s participation at Bulahdelah and the directions in which you wish to see it go/improve. It is with great excitement that we can announce that there will be an exciting opportunity for coaches/parents alike to get a crash cour...se in Coaching for the upcoming soccer season. Alex Lowe is a Miniroos Development Officer from Northern NSW Football Federation and he will be coming up to Bulahdelah on Thursday 2nd May for an informative coaching demonstration starting at 5.30pm at Jack Ireland Sporting Complex. (Lasts an hour) This is a FREE SERVICE being offered to all continuing and prospective coaches. There will be a BBQ to follow after the completion of the course. Registration is essential (free) and must be done via one of the following links. 16.01.2022 Dear Bulahdelah FC Players/Members/Parents, Tonight your Committee met at the Bowling Club to discuss the arrangements regarding the football season for 2020. On the balance of all opinions, facts and information we currently have at our disposal (including the most recent Government easing of restrictions to enable 20 people gatherings in a public space from 13th July) is that the unanimous decision was made to not conduct a Town Competition (i.e. 5-12 years inclusive) for, ...what would have been, the impending 2020 Winter season. This decision was not made lightly and was based upon a myriad of factors including the lack of various resources to enable the compliance with COVID-19 Guidelines expected from each Club and its volunteer base. The Club is yet to receive official word from our Local Council as to when the ground will be provided with a re-opening date for purposeful usage (i.e. return of training) and we are lacking in sufficient Volunteer numbers to enable adequate coverage of all aspects of Training/Game Day requirements. We are, however, anticipating that as restrictions ease further over the coming months the Club may be in a position to offer an alternative playing opportunity for our Bulahdelah Juniors in the form of a Summer 6-a-side Structure which would be aligned with the Club’s ever-popular Senior 6-a-side Competition. If this sounds like something you may be able to help with organising/refereeing/etc we ask for you to please get in contact with one of our Committee members. Watch this space for further developments! With respect to our previously nominated Bulahdelah Travelling Team (U13s) the Club’s Committee has voted, due to high volume of committed response, to pursue with participation in their season only for the upcoming season. We have received official word that a Season Draw is imminent for this age group with the possibility of a 14 game season to end in the final week of September. We understand that these decisions may be received in different manners by some of you but please be reassured the decision was not made lightly (we all understand how important sport is for our children’s development). Other clubs have already made similar decisions to our own with respect to cancellation of aspects of their 2020 Junior Season. Further information will be forthcoming when the Committee has had time to fully explore all obligations including, but not limited to, the financial compensation for Pre-Registered Players/children (from the age bracket of 12 years and below) at Bulahdelah FC we will be in direct contact with all affected parties. The Club is asking for any individuals who feel they are able to donate some of their time and consider joining as a Committee Member to enable smoother operations of the Club into the future. 12.01.2022 Ladies Comp kick-off has been delayed by 1 week due to Council ground closures for maintenance. Ladies now kick-off with Round 2 on 5/4/19. The Round 1 match will be played on what was a spare week in July. We play Taree Wildcats at 8pm at Pacific Palms. A reminder that all registrations & fees MUST be finalised by Monday 1st to ensure you are eligible to play that 1st game. (It takes a few days for all info to transfer across into the relevant draw systems).

12.01.2022 Hi everyone. It's that time of the year again. Here is the link to the NEW registration system. Playfootball.com.au is a new, & I believe, better registration system. No need to remember FFA numbers & you can link all your children's accounts under 1 email address & password. Search with your name & Date of Birth & you should be able to transfer all old information over. Please remember to go online to Service NSW & download your Active Kids Voucher before registering. This i...s $100 free from the state government towards your child's rego fee. Fees have, unfortunately, increased this year ($20 on average) but cover ALL costs for the year. Club shirt, referees, trophies, line-marking, lights for training, etc. We have been operating at a loss for the past 5 years to encourage kids to play but this is no longer sustainable. All coaches & volunteers are also encouraged to register. There is no fee but it provides you with protection whilst engaged in Club activities. See you all soon on the field! See more
