04.01.2022 I would love to give a huge shout out to coaching client, and my partner Cheyenne . You have put in so much hard work and dedication over the past few months. There has been huge changes to your nutrition and your fitness with regular resistance training and for the most part clean eating.... Your body fat % has gone down, you look leaner and more toned then ever. Your overall fitness has improved and your technique in the gym just gets better each week.
