However we ask our customers to be patient, as our suppliers and our freight couriers may experience holdups and delays. Especially now that most state borders are closed, to the general public. Couriers etc, are allowed through, however each checkpoint is experiencing queues, this will ultimately impact delivery times. Stay healthy and stay strong.

04.01.2022 We hope everyone is enjoying the Xmas break and relaxing after a very different and somewhat challenging year. Looking forward to full steam ahead in 2021! 04.01.2022 Looking at adding 600mm 18mm Thick Plywood Circles to the website - Is this something you would like to purchase ? Price would around $35

04.01.2022 Some of our "Bulk Packs" have been reduced in size and price, to keep them under the 10kg weight, so you don't pay too much for freight. Couriers prices increase substantially when the weight is only a little over 10kg ( upto $10 more ). Our 3mm x 610mm x 405mm Bulk Packs ( BA610405BP ) are now packs of 10, instead of 12, bringing the weight down to under 10kg and making it cheaper for our customers to get their supplies.

02.01.2022 Just some of the orders going out tomorrow morning. I guess not everyone had a long weekend? If you did, hope it was a relaxing one.

02.01.2022 Ah the issue of courier reliability, has raised it's ugly head once again. . Something which, thankfully, doesn't happen too often. Where one of our customers' orders got lost by the courier company. Here is what I wrote, to that company: " Couriers in general don’t seem to realise, if they stuff up, it has wide ranging implications. Small businesses around Australia depend on couriers to deliver our product, intact and as fast as humanly possible. If the correct procedure..., is followed, how can a parcel be lost? If it is scanned at every transfer, it would be impossible to lose. If a courier driver loses a parcel, aren’t they, or the company they drive for, liable for it? You break it, you pay for it. My customer will, hopefully, not be affected by this, in the long run, as Auspost delivered it ( a duplicate replacement order ) within 2 days, using Express post, she is now happy. I made no mistakes, but I am out of pocket, for something that was totally out of my control. I would have assumed, a large company like ******, would compensate their customers ( for their own mistakes )." *note* No courier Company was hurt in the making of this post... Has anyone had experiences like this?
