19.01.2022 Sitting correctly is a good start if we are required to sit for work, additionally, it is really important is to get up and move - every 40-45 minutes would be great. One study a few years ago indicated that this is the best way to combat the effects of sitting, far more so than 30 minutes of exercise at the end of the day.

09.01.2022 Well, it has been nearly 4 weeks since we made the move to Winthrop Chiropractic. Things at the clinic are settling well, a few people have had trouble finding the clinic once on site. We are located upstairs at the end of the building facing Jackson Ave. If you come up the outside stairs we are directly on your left hand side; if you come up the stairs from the front of the building (or the lift), turn right and go to the end.

05.01.2022 Unfortunately, as much as many people love running, the extra load on an already compromised knee associated with excessive pronation creates huge load through the medial knee, pes anserinus, ITB, patellar ligament and Quadriceps tendon (to name a few); any of which can cause knee pain.
