07.01.2022 Tanya Khodeir and Family! "A big thank you to Liz, Pat, and all the team at Bulldog Gym. My 4 children have been coming to the kids' classes for a year and a half and absolutely love it. The fact that they can all train together is what drew us in initially. But, as time has gone on they have grown to love coming and have even joined the sparring classes. As a mum, I love that it teaches them discipline whilst keeping them fit. After seeing how much my kids enjoyed coming to... the gym I was inspired to join as well. What can I say, after 11 years of not stepping into the gym, I’m now addicted. I have to say I have never thought boxing could be so fun and enjoyable. The private classes with Pat have really challenged and inspired me to become fitter and healthier.
