18.01.2022 Memories like this I love them because they remind me of how far I’ve come and how much CrossFit has changed my life for the better. CrossFit has given me strength and determination, friendships, a career, a purpose. 4 years ago I was just wodding solo in the backyard, excited by the thrill of coming home after work and writing something on the board that was going to challenge me, because back then I was in a job that didn’t challenge me at all. ... I feel very grateful for what it has brought to my life, and continues to bring. Please don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, to unlock a new path in life, to embrace change, because man I’m telling you it’ll be the best thing you’ll ever do.
