24.01.2022 The girls love their greens

23.01.2022 Gene technology has never been independently assessed, industry has called the shots all the way. Now they want to deregulate so there is no segregation, trace back or labelling. Please act, your children will thank you.

22.01.2022 ABC Gippsland... Marg Thomas from the Preserve Our Forests group at Mirboo North in Gippsland welcomed the study. The community has been lobbying against state...-owned logging company VicForests' plans to log three native forest coupes in their area, which they said was close to popular tourist attractions. Ms Thomas said the leaked report reflected the attitudes shown in a small-scale survey they conducted in their region earlier this year. "One of the drivers in our community is our tourism industry, which relies on the aesthetic value of our forest," she said. "I can say for certain that there is no social licence in our area for native forest logging."

17.01.2022 Since this article by Richard Cornish went to print in The Age, the response has been overwhelming from customers and potential customers wanting to source Bullfrog Gully eggs. I have been heartened by the responses and have been looking at ways I can protect the hens from the extremes of a changing climate, here in our frost prone valley, which is much drier than it used to be, (making frosts so much more severe) and continue production. Thank you to everyone who has called,... messaged, liked Bullfrog Gully Produce and to those who have been purchasing BFG eggs over the last twenty odd years. I would also like to thank Australian Demeter Bio-Dynamic for making it possible to produce such high quality eggs and the #BiodynamicMarketingCompany, who have worked so hard over the years, with integrity and professionalism, in distributing Demeter Bio-Dynamic produce. 05.01.2022 Nestled in a valley in Gippsland is Biodynamic Free Range Egg Farmer, Ian Onley who has been using Biodynamic practices for 30 years. He has been named as one of Australia's top producers and his eggs are and have always been in such high demand that he simply can not keep up. This is a pre-requisite day long course for anyone wishing to delve in to Biodynamics with Australia's Demeter Biodynamics. Contact Ian Onley: 0448044280 or [email protected] for further details.... Footage credit: @wakeyboi86 Biodynamic agriculture is an enhanced organic farming method introduced by Rudolph Steiner in 1924. It was introduced as a method to counter soil degradation, poor plant and animal health and other farming problems that had occurred since the introduction of artificial fertilisers and farm chemicals. In Australia, in the early 1950’s, Alex Podolinsky set about making the method a practical system, suitable for all areas of agricultural and horticultural production. In the early 1960’s he founded the Biodynamic Agricultural Association of Australia (BDAAA), which today, by landmass, is the largest natural farming body on earth. The method developed is recognised worldwide as the Australian Demeter Biodynamic method and has been adopted by farmers from many countries.
