12.01.2022 Update from the Board With the easing of COVID-19 restrictions the NRA Board are pleased to announce that planning is underway to get rodeo up and running again... as soon as possible. While the date for the return of full rodeos is still not certain, the Stage 3 easing of restrictions from 10 July in Queensland will provide the opportunity for a series of NRA Official Rodeo Clinics to be conducted to develop our next generation of competitors. Clinics will be restricted in numbers and have Management Plans in place to comply with all COVID-19 requirements. The plan is to a conduct a separate clinic for each rodeo event on consecutive weekends commencing on the weekend of 11/12 July and running through to when full rodeos are able to commence. Some weekends will have multiple clinics when event participants are not likely to be common and some events will be combined at the same clinic where events are complimentary. Cost for each clinic will be $120 for members and $150 for non-members (Barrel Race will be half price). Clinics will be spread around different venues in South East Queensland with a variety of stock contractors. Further details will be posted on this page within the next two weeks.
