As a studio owner who is currently running BDA from Sydney I am extremely appreciative of the wonderful support & kindness that I have received from afar to keep me updated and in the loop. Our industry may be going through uncertain times however we should all feel proud of what our industry has actually given us. It is a wonderful feeling to see our dance community come together showing su...pport for one another. Yes it is a concerning time however it has made us all stop in our busy tracks to appreciate one another & the important things in life. There are none more important than family, people we love, friends and health. All things that money cant buy. However this time of stillness gives all of us dancers the opportunity to stop and really appreciate how important dance is to us all. If it wasnt such a huge part of who we are we would not be feeling the loss and impact it has on our lives at this time. Dance is a gift and one we often take for granted. The weather definitely wasn’t kind to everyone however a big shout out to Suzette Thomas who accommodated our BDA dancers in the best possible way.
