25.01.2022 We’ve been good, we’ve distanced, we’ve tik tok’d, we’ve meditated, we’ve slept, we’ve worked out and my god has our haterid for mascara grown. We are feeling quietly confident and safer day by day and all excited for the future. 12.01.2022 LET’S TALK STRESS Swipe right for before and after One of the most common causes of eyelash loss is stress & lack of nutrients in the body. My client here suffered an extreme amount of stress which caused her to rub and pull and to loose patches of eyelashes which essentially never grew back the same (please note it is not lash extensions damage, she had never had them). This is where nutrients can come into play, my client told me she had been told she also had severely ...low iron. When you don’t have enough iron in your body you can’t produce the hemoglobin in your blood. Hemoglobin carries oxygen for the growth and repair of cells in your body, including the cells that stimulate hair growth (not just the hair on top of your head) Slowly but surely the little baby hairs are coming through We have used lighter fans only on lashes that can hold them and positioned them to cover the sparse areas. Thanks to my gal @jazmynepalmer for trusting me through this process Please if you think you are experiencing this see your GP they may be able to help you. I am not trained in things like this, I can only make comment on things I have learned along the way and researched myself
