25.01.2022 HOLIDAYS! It is official! Bullsnest is on holidays! We will be back on the 4th of January. Feel free to text rather than call during this time if you need to make bookings. My daughter gets upset when I take business calls on holidays! ... I will also be periodically be checking emails, however if you need a quicker answer - text is the way! We hope that you all are able to take some time and regenerate from what has been a very tough year. For us, it has not just been Covid but other factors as well that have made this year a struggle. However, nothing revitalises like some time with your family and we are hoping that at least some of the issues are at least stable. So thank you for all your support and goodwill, not just during this period, but throughout the year. We wish you the best Christmas period - whether you celebrate Christmas itself or not. As we have been so busy leading up to Christmas, that it is Christmas Eve and I have just started thinking about it. Quite fortunate that I shop during the year for family! So, in lieu of Christmas cards, we are making a donation to the Smith's Family. This is an Aussie based charity that helps Aussie kids who are struggling to achieve what most consider a right, and perhaps do not appreciate. I know my daughter groans about going to school. If you can give anything to the Smith's Foundation, or perhaps sponsor a child for only $52 per month, this could change someone's life. As I believe so much good cheer and joy comes from Christmas, but also a lot of extravagance and angst, I would like to hope that in a very small way we could make a difference to someone who is not quite as lucky as us.

24.01.2022 Lockdown is finishing so we are going back to normal from tomorrow. However, we still need to be cautious. If you can please ask your clients to still maintain a good distance when I visit homes and please let me know if any person is ill. I will not enter a home with someone in there with symptoms. I will sanitise going in and out as usual. As wearing masks is not mandatory and I have trouble with masks, I won’t wear one unless specifically requested. But please let me kn...ow what f you would like me to! Let’s hope this lockdown is the last!

14.01.2022 Well... it is strange to be back, even though it was only truly just over a week away! We started the 2021 with a bang! Some gorgeous homes, including this home from Gail Bernardin - At Realty that is so much more than what it may appear fromt he outside. ... 06.01.2022 A simply stunning home being presented by Michelle of Harcourts North Lakes. This home has plenty of room, but the way it is designed is wha truly captures your attention. The flow from one room to the next is inspiring. Obviously, this home owners also really know how to decorate, which helps as well! The outdoor entertaining is practical we as beautiful. With water features abound (I really truly needed the toilet after all that running water!) and a fabulous covered ente...rtaining area. With more living areas that you can poke two sticks at, including a state of the art media room, you will never be short of places to enjoy.
