25.01.2022 We made it. Shout out to Tommy and a happy 30th birthday for tomorrow brother. 5 weeks ago I set him a challenge for his 30th. Got his mind off a few things going on in his life and we trained nearly every day towards the big 4000 cal day. ... The physical side of things looks impressive on paper but to be honest anyone could do it if they had the time. The mental hurt far outweighed the physical hurt. Shout out to: @mimicraig for hanging with us all day and tracking all our numbers. @laurenbulll for entertaining us and eating all our snacks. @jenn7875 and @ryanlenton01 for punching out cals and training with us for about 2.5 hours @stephanietrengove for bringing in the kids for a play. Everyone else who came and did classes and had a chat throughout the day. The day was nothing like anything either of us have ever done before. I'm looking forward setting the next challenge.



25.01.2022 5 weeks ago a mate and I set ourselves a challenge to complete 4000 calories on the cardio machines in a day. For those who dont know what that is or how long it might take in November last year i did 500 cal per day each averaging around 40 minutes and around the 8km mark. So times that by 8 and you're looking around 5.5 hours maintaining that pace and not breaking whilst doing around 60-70kms or rowing/ skiing/ stepping. This is going to be by far the hardest and longest ...challenge I have ever set myself. We have a class on every hour of the day so come in and visit us and see if we're still breathing. #justdoit #breakyourcomfortzone

19.01.2022 Whats your why?? Day in and day out I see people go crazy over a number they see on the scales. Everyone seems to have an ideal weight. If you have a few kgs to drop you obviously got there because of choices you've made i.e skipping the gym, eating more take away, drinking more alcohol. If those are the things you chose to do because it makes you happy then keep doing it. Just find a balance. ... If you have an unhealthy amount of weight to lose (over 10% of your body weight) then you probably need to look at those life style changes and figure out why you are doing the things you do and put that effort into your training. Stressed = go train Feeling upset = go train Angry = go train Eating too much food = go train No one has ever left a training session feeling worse than when they started.

15.01.2022 Unbelievable effort by so many people over the past 24 hours to help Red Team reach both targets of $2190 donated (over 3.5k currently) and over 29,200 calories burnt. Thanks to the over 40 people who came and sweat it out. Thanks to everyone that donated to the 3 month membership raffle. ... Thanks to @desserts_by_claire for sorting everyone out with amazing cookies. Thanks to @jtrengove8 and @jdthcustoms for getting on board with the port adelaide boots, that raffle has brought in over $1500. It's amazing what we can do as a team when we support each other and help each other. Too many Australians feel alone and end up taking their life because they dont feel they have that support. I've been doing movember for 7 years now and each year it gets bigger and bigger (and my mo's get sexier and sexier). We will continue to grow our efforts each year. The money is great but the awareness we created over the past 24 hours is why we do it. Thanks to everyone who got involved

14.01.2022 21.1km done for a Movember bet Thanks to @adamdepetro for throwing in 1k if I could do it. I don't promote or recommend the silly stuff I do but every now and then it's good to see how hard you can mentally push yourself. ... Some people will think 21km is nothing and some people will think 21km is crazy far. My mental capacity far exceeds my physical fitness lol. Each year I try to do a little more to spread awareness for mens health and use exercise as a tool to show people there are different ways of suffering. Have fun in everything that you do because no one wants to live a boring life. (Except running, thats not fun )

On the Wednesday the 25th of November we will be completing 24 hours of calories on the machines for the Movember foundation. There are bookings on our app for every hour from 8am Wednesday to 8am Thursday. We are hoping to raise $2190 for every Male life lost in Aus per year. 09.01.2022 3 weeks ago I showed everyone how to lose weight during the Christmas period. I gave myself 3 things to be accountable for. A calorie target, a resistance training target, a cardio training target. Was I 100% accountable??? NO!! Was I more accountable than not accountable?? YES!! (74% to be exact)... Did that 26% ruin the goal?? No im 1 kg down. Could I have been lower if I had of been 100%?? Yes. Does that matter?? You tell me?? I still had fun, I still drank, I still did everything everyone else did I just stayed on top of my goal. The problem with 99% of people is that they think weight loss is about being 100% accountable for their training and nutrition. It's not, It's just about spending more time on the postivie side of the line than the negative side of the line. I hope this helps a few of you achieve your goal. Now that the Christmas period is done I want all of you to keep me accountable. I will be under 10% body fat by my birthday on the 25th of April. 01.01.2022 Now that you've got yourself back into your training take your time. There is no rush to be breaking records or to be dropping weight. Just relax and give it 3 to 5 weeks getting yourself back into a routine. Consistency far outweighs intentisy.
