Traverse lush farmland, historic bridges and native vegetation. Seize the opportunity to explore the villages spread along the trail. You will be amazed at the unique stories and experiences they offer, as well as the terrific coffee, shopping and dining opportunities. The full trail takes you from Leongatha to Port Welshpool and is 72kms in total but its been thoughtfully broken into sections that each has its own charms. Explore the Southern Circuit on a 60.4km or 78.5km hike along the Southern Circuit to Sealers Cove. The Southern Circuit weaves from the slopes of Mount Oberon to the parks eastern shores and the southern-most point of Australias mainland. It passes through diverse plant communities and spectacular coastlines. Hikers can spend anywhere between two and seven days exploring this part of the park.
