Debbie Bruce is a Qualified Holistic Health Coach, Personal Trainer and mother of ...three young children with differing special needs. Through identifying the food intolerances and allergies that her children have had, over time she has been able to heal them of their many varied illnesses and guide them to living their best life by using a Food as Medicine approach. Come along to hear her story of surviving the medical ratrace, success with using food as medicine and how she has created many recipes through necessity for her children's health. This year she published her debut recipe book "Eating Well for the Family" in the hopes it can help others to navigate elimination diets on the path to wellness.

Begin...ning as a registered nurse, Rachel always had her eye set on her goal to become a midwife. Rachel’s passion to support women and families began when her sister had a baby at a young age, and the need for holistic support for young or vulnerable women in this situation became evident to her. Though she is only in the beginning of her journey to ensure she can play a part in providing this kind of support, she is full of vision and passion. As a new graduate midwife, she is also savvy to working in the public health care system as a midwife - personally feeling the pressure of shortages and need for improvement in order to better support all women in the Illawarra and broader community, in their pregnancy and parenting journey.
