20.01.2022 Another fabulous week of training complete. We have the best group of mums working out together There were a few moments where bubs and older kids needed to be with mum so we just incorporated them into the workout ... Our postnatal specific classes run Monday to Friday at 10am. That’s 5 classes to choose from! Can’t make it into the studio for a 10am? Not only do you have the option of attending virtually, but we also have evening times available that you can attend. Looking to get back into strength training? We’ve got 3 night time sessions a week you can choose from. Looking for a HIIT style class? We’ve got 3 night sessions a week to choose from. I was unming and ahhing about working out but applied @melrobbins 5 second rule and just got it done. 30sec of each of the below exercises Repeat 3 rounds of each circuit and 30 sec rest between each circuit... You'll see there are toys around the place to keep the little ones busy and our mums really feel at home here. Incorporating the kids in your workout not only helps you get your workout in, but it sets a great example for them even at such a young age. So whether your little one loves to socialise with the other kids or they're more like a little koala and wants to be with you, don't let this stop you from joining us for a workout.
