07.01.2022 For those who havnt heard Meghan Markles interview with Tom Brady on Uk ITV please give it a listen. It really struck a cord with me as a new mum myself. As mothers we are scrutinised from the very start of pregnancy through to the parenting choices we make for our babies. Throw in out of whack hormones, sleep deprivation and a changed body and we are vulnerable targets. Not everyday do we feel ok and like the duchess of Cambridge says thank you for asking me if Im ok #weloveyoumeghan
