18.01.2022 Fantastic stretch technique clinic today

17.01.2022 Some of our members may not even be aware that we have had a Perth based lady in our numbers all year. Not only has she travelled over 1000kms to her 7 training sessions, but she has also brought a gorgeous little baby into this world, and ran a physie club of her own. Even with all that - at 5 weeks postpartum this amazing lady just went and won herself a 3rd place in her section at Zones, and earnt a spot at Nationals! Way to go Chloe! So proud of you and how hard you and Kate have worked this year. All those hours driving, filming and watching training videos paid off!

16.01.2022 A very proud day for Bunbury City Physie. Some extraordinary Physie and incredible results, considering it is our first year! The sheer determination of our mostly beginner contingent today... shining through. They have worked so hard .... learned the work, perfected the work and then presented the work beautifully (all with smiles)... you had it all. Please feel free to post pics on the page... the more the merrier! Our results as follows:... 5 and 6s Bella - First Alannah - Second Kaley - Third Under 33 Ladies Chloe - First 11 and 12s Cahlia - Second Shalin - Third Hayley - Highly Commended 9s Emily - Fourth Novice Ladies Sarah - Equal Third 10s- First Heat Amy - Second Evie - Third Bonnie - Fourth 10s- Second Heat Kirra - First Jana - Second Zoe - Third

08.01.2022 BCP Honour Award This Award is for a club member that embodies: Excellence in Physie;... Club Spirit Dedication and Commitment to BJP Physie; and A fantastic friend. This, of course, was BCP’s first year. We were nervous, a bit overwhelmed and had no idea who we would meet or whether anyone would actually turn up and what out Club would become. From the moment we started advertising last year, this year’s recipient of the BCP Honour Award became BCP’s greatest, loveliest and most avid supporter. Whenever we post anything on facebook a message or a syllabus video. she is always the first to like it, love it, comment and say thanks. She infused and embodied BCP’s Club spirit almost immediately. Every week, she practised. She has religiously watched all my videos..has made comments and is so keen to improve. In fact, the only negative thing I could say about her is that she is too critical about her own Physie. And, I want her to just enjoy herself and not got stressed about getting the work perfectly. Every week, this lady travels to and from Busselton to class. Yes, to do Physie. But, also to take a class with her daughter Belinda, who is also a member of our ladies class. Quite a few times, Astyn (from the 9-10s) has joined our ladies class and, we have had three generations of one family doing Physie together. The one thing I would like to say. is that the recipient of this Award is nearly 70. And, I am not looking at out juniors when I say this, she never said NO or I CAN’T. She only ever said YES or I WILL TRY or I will be able to do it - it will happen. She is an inspiration to everyone in the ladies class. As an ex Physie teacher herself (after returning from a long break) all those years of experience were invaluable in the ladies class. She has really helped our beginner ladies on their Physie journey. Always offering words of wisdom When Corinne, Ash and I were talking about the BCP Honour Award and who should get our cLub’s highest honour, we universally and immediately all said.
