11.01.2022 This week we’re setting you a Conditioning challenge on the Air Bike! If you’re anything like our Club Manager, Clarry, you probably don’t particularly enjoy doing a whole lot of cardio. Unfortunately it is rather important, so here’s a way to get sneak it into your training without it taking up too much time Air Bike Intervals! ... For beginners: 10:20 x 8 For intermediate/advanced: 20:10 x 8 To translate this using the beginner example, we want you to work really hard for 10 seconds, and then rest for 20 seconds, repeating this 8 times consecutively. We want you to do this at the end of your strength workout too, so that you’re fresh for the weights and keep your technique there- there’s not a whole lot of technique to using the bike so we can do it when we’re a bit fatigued without issue. This is a total of 4 minutes of work for each of these finishers, it doesn’t get much better than that for our weight training enthusiasts. #exerciseismedicine #jettsbunbury #strongertogether
