19.01.2022 Our club mourns the loss of one of our founding members Rosemarie Williams who died of a stroke on Monday 26th March. There is to be a family/friends memorial gathering at Koombana Bay amphitheatre next Saturday from 10am. The Bunbury Laughter Club have been invited to run a short Laughter Yoga session and we are all welcome to help celebrate Rosemaries life. Her daughters have asked people wear, bright patterned clothing.... Rosemarie always agreed with Victor Hugo’s quote - that laughter was the shortest distance between two people. We miss her kindness and generosity.

02.01.2022 Helpful ideas for when you feel anxious: go outside, ask for help, create something, drink water, write about how you feel, take a deep breath, listen to music, stay present, find a positive distraction.
