24.01.2022 ISN’T SHE LOVELY? The quiet time before we get into race mode for day two of the Make Smoking History Speedway Sedans Australia Production Sedan State Title! Gates are now open its time to get ready for tonight’s action.

23.01.2022 RED LION BRIGADE STANDS STRONG In chilling conditions Saturday night it’s the red lion drivers that stand tall after night one of the Make Smoking History SSA Production Sedan State Title. The first nine point scorers after night one are all Holden Commodores with track conditions outstanding across the evening with Kyle Sayer and Kye Blight undefeated after night one.... Both drivers will have a tail of two cities coming out for their final heat race today, with Sayer in a more favorable position to come out on top undefeated as he starts in a stronger starting position than Blight. Legend Cars also put on a great show on night two with Stuart Clive taking home the win using the lapped cars to advantage to pass Travis Gould for the win in the closing stages with Barry Hunter rounding out the podium. Proceedings on the final night get underway from around 5pm as the title comes to a thrilling climax. Street Stocks and Junior Sedans are both on the program. 11.01.2022 MICKY H ON THE HAMMER EARLY Former WA SSA Production Sedan Champion Mick Hamon yestereday recorded the fastest lap in official practice ahead of this weekend’s Make Smoking History SSA Production Sedan State Title. Hamon participated in three practice sessions and topped the charts in each of them, while his 19.622 second lap recorded in practice session 8 was the fastest overall.... Kyle Sayer was next best, just 0.040 seconds behind with a 19.662 second circulation in session seven, while Branden Fraser, Jake Blight and Rick Musarra rounded out the top five. 08.01.2022 The 24th Krikke Boys Shootout will be held at the Perth Motorplex. After a lot of deliberation we have decided to race the 2021 Krikke Boys Shootout at the Perth Motorplex for more than one reason. Initially with Covid 19 being a major stop sign to all sports, followed by the uncertainty of Sprint car racing this year at the Bunbury venue, we have made the decision to host the race in Perth.... The Perth Motorplex wanted to ensure the race was still run and offered their services to keep it a "AAA" rated show. Yours in speedway Krikke Boys WA 95 for the Boys

06.01.2022 MAKE BUNBURY SPEEDWAY GREAT AGAIN Its time we build a wall (and catch fence) It has been well documented the times that the Bunbury Car Club is going through. But we are in it for the long haul!... This is one way you can help us out, with your assistance being permanently recognised, and a modest contribution from a lot of people will help us get where we need to be. A safety fence upgrade is a large undertaking, but is actually a large set of relatively inexpensive components, and you can choose the level of support you'd like to make:- $250 to sponsor a concrete panel $100 to sponsor a fence pole $50 to sponsor 5m of wire rope All supporters in any of the above categories will also have their names included on a commemorative honours board at the venue to permanently recognise the contribution. We're also always happy to have a chat to any individuals and businesses who feel they can assist the Bunbury Car Club’s aim to improve safety at our track.

The show will now be moved to December 12.... All nominations will have to be redone at a later date for this event. The Bunbury Car Club has had a rotten site of luck this season with weather, but we hope December show will be big!
