01.01.2022 Domainnames.com.au I have had dealings with these rude people for a number of years But in August this year had my credit card debited for renewals which were not due for another month nor was the box ticked for them to auto renew I asked for the money to be refunded and he said I will only refund half so we complained to our bank and sent the proof to them and they reversed the transaction not only did he take our money he also took our websites down ....So today they found ...out money has been reversed ...all of our Business websites have been put on lockdown ...they are all paid up with hosting until 2018 all I can rely on now until all domains have been transferred is yellow pages as I pay a lot to be with them on line just ashamed there is no beautiful web site for customers to go to ...we cannot access them so will have no work coming in and no money to pay our bills ....Sasha Zander has also locked all our emails so he has left us without websites and email addresses nothing can be done ...I am contacting ...ASIC ...ACCC ...AUDA....Fair Trading ..... The Australian address is ...
