25.01.2022 I have re-enforced orginal awning and built a 3.5m x 3.6m bedroom attached to house using hardiplank woodgrain on exterior and gyprock interior with insulation. This really helps the owners as they have a large family and was cost effective

20.01.2022 Another happy customer... Dear Sir, Corey replaced three bathrooms for our renovation projects. Our latest renovation project is a Duplex built thirty years ago There was considerable work to be carried out in both 51a and 51b Ann Street East Bundaberg as the shower areas have been leaking water and had caused major damage to the surrounding timber work and floor coverings of the second bedrooms. ... Several hardwood wall studs were replaced as they had warped severel due to the water leaks. The shower areas were re-sheeted, sealed and new tiles laid. Corey was careful to follow each of the product manufacturers application procedures during the repair work. The work has been carried to a very high standard as can be seen from the photos. 18.01.2022 This one had severe wood rot in walls surrounding shower recess due to the last repairer tiling over existing tiles, if anyone wants to renovate there bathroom my advice would be to completely strip it and do it properly. (The shower screen still needed to be fitted). Cheers

01.01.2022 A reference from a happy customer.... TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I have engaged Mr. Corey Charman on several occasions to do repairs around my own home as well as my rentals.... The last occasion was to repair the shower recess in my rental property situated at 8 Pecton Place, Bundaberg. The complete area was rotten with moisture.
