19.01.2022 FairPlay Round 2 Voucher Extension Just a reminder that due to the issues surrounding COVID-19 and the postponement of sport and recreation at all levels, Round 2 FairPlay voucher redemption expiry has been extended to 25 November 2020. This means vouchers can be presented to an Activity Provider until 11 November 2020 and it can still be redeemed online by your organisation until 25 November 2020.... Managing vouchers during COVID-19 If you have already redeemed vouchers, the easiest way forward is to retain these funds and credit participants when your activities resume. If you are in possession of unredeemed vouchers, do not claim unless your activity has a planned restart. You can also give the unredeemed voucher back to the parent or guardian if your activity is not going ahead. Please note, as part of the terms and conditions you cannot provide a refund for any part of a voucher to a parent/guardian; however, you should be guided by your own internal refund policies for the remaining registration/membership fees. Any questions? Watch our Activity Provider video for more information on redeeming vouchers or visit https://www.qld.gov.au///funding/fairplay/providers/redeem. If you experience any issues with redeeming FairPlay vouchers, please email us at [email protected]. Kind regards The FairPlay vouchers team
