20.01.2022 On sunday we had a few Bundaberg Vets playing for Wide Bay. And here are their figures. Ian Laycock (wk)- Man of the Match (Wide Bay ) 41 runs not out. Top Scorer for Wide Bay Patrick Logue - 13 runs and 1-6- 23. Ian Fitzpatrick (aka Lan) 2 runs and 1-4-13... Mick Kettle - bnb and 2-8-10 . Best bowler for Wide Bay. 10.01.2022 Sorry to say both over 50's Wide Bay sides lost today. But Brett is bringing something back.....ouch

09.01.2022 Over 50's cricket Div 1 Wide Bay scored 149 off 45 Overs Gold Coast 1-93 off 23 overs. Div 3 Wide Bay chasing 180 are 3 for 56 off 21 overs.

06.01.2022 This Saturday the 29th August there is two games being played at Kendall flats . These games are the Over 50's playing a double header . If you may be interested in playing Over 50's cricket or vets cricket or just interested in watching someone have a game. Come on down , see you there. 9.30 game start.

06.01.2022 Yesterday Bundaberg Vets cricket and BCA played host to a game of Over 60's cricket . With the Wide Bay over 60's taking on one of the over 60's sides from the Sunshine Coast. It was a great game played in the right spirit . Sunshine batted first scoring 8-148 off their 45 overs . Wide Bay batted after lunch scoring 8 - 148 off 42 overs to win the match. The Bundaberg Vets looked after the canteen and i would like to thank the guys who turned up to help and support both teams.

There will be restricted numbers but there will be a streamed live feed. There may also be a guard of Honour when they take him on a lap of Salter Oval. Before his final resting place.
