24.01.2022 This has been a long time coming! Stuart bought this Black Horse B-25 from Bundy Hobbies when the shop was over East in about 2013. Life got in the way and he never got it finished and then unfortunately became ill and died in December 2019. The family gave the plane to the club to finish and fly for Stuart. Bob took the project on and did a really good job of getting it flight ready and we've been waiting for weeks now for the weather to be kind enough for the maiden flig...ht. Yesterday we went out very early before the gales started again and Richard successfully maidened the plane for Bob and Stuart. Here's the video link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNrCq5biOdk

20.01.2022 Ken's making the most of his petrol money getting up to Bundy. He brought his fleet and is hogging the air Timed it well, the club Christmas party is on Sunday. He knows what side his Christmas cake is buttered on!

19.01.2022 Ken's maiden of the big Ugly Stik. Excuse a little bit of colourful commentary by the cameraman! https://youtu.be/fFwSNwrtxn8

14.01.2022 Mark and Garry working on recovering Garry's 1/4 scale Tiger Moth. Good to see the club shed (courtesy of GCBF grant) being used for building and projects as well as workshop space. The Tiger Moth is now covered and waiting for the OS GF40 to be installed and then painted. It's going to look lovely in the "Spirit of Pashley" colour scheme

13.01.2022 A pan around the field and pits on a random Thursday afternoon. Spring 2020, Bundaberg

11.01.2022 Another successful maiden by Mark. An old Decathlon kit was given to him and he recovered and painted it and fitted a Zenoa 35 up front.

08.01.2022 We have an OCD member who has made a really fantastic stainless steel windsock support to stop the sock from tangling around the pole. He hates the birds sitting on it and messing it up so he left lots of cable ties around to discourage them from perching up there. Clearly it worked

05.01.2022 A great site where you can virtually walk around the aircraft and cars on display

05.01.2022 A great variety of planes at the field today from Fly Baby's to Fokkers, Ugly Stiks, Apprentices, and an Edge to heavy warbirds - Lightning, Corsair and Mustang. And of course good company and lots of interest in each others projects

04.01.2022 Scratch built Bowers Fly Baby with a Saito 125 4 stroke with onboard glow.

03.01.2022 1/5 scale composite fun factory Corsair "Lucky Gallon" with Moki 180. Left leg didn't lock out and the go around didn't happen due to a fuel pump return line issue. All ended well, no damage

02.01.2022 Ken shouldn't lose sight of this big Ugly Stik - 3.1m wingspan! Powered by MVVS 80, and performed as expected. Nice one Ken, this one's a keeper
