25.01.2022 Dear friends, Ihave been away for so long and have a few weeks to go yet, I am sorry that not any meetings have been held these last few months. At this very moment a Retreat is being held, this is a week-end Retreat which will be enjoyed by quite a few people, I know they will come away feeling so much better about themselves. I am still in Melbourne looking after a sick friend, when he has regained his strength we shall drive back to Bundy at a leisurely pace. Blessings to all. Gwenda Krop 0400097416
23.01.2022 The Bundaberg Branch of the Queensland Regional Buddhist Group discussed the future of the above group and it has been decided to meet once a month and that we would start again in February 2019. A date to be announced. The first meeting will be in the Botanical Gardens and coffee or tea afterwards at the 1928 cafe. Thank you for all the interest, we do hope to meet you all soon. 17.01.2022 Dear friends, We have new dates for the Teachings, that were to be held on March 26th and 17th 2019, They will be held now on JULY 27th and 28th 2019... Please make a note of this on your calendar , thank you. This gives all of you time to save a little more money! Blessings to all especially those who are not up to par, and feeling alone. See more

15.01.2022 It is a long tong since anything has been posted on this page, we do hope you have enjoyed the holiday break and ready to get back to "normal" again (whatever that is!) The good news is that Venerable Namdag is coming to Bundaberg to give a 2 day Teachings. If you are truely interested in learning about Buddhism then it is a must that you come and listen to a very knowledgeable Buddhist Nun. This will be the only Teachings this year, the datew are: March 16th and 17th 2019... At the moment we dont know all the fine details but it would be good to know of persons that are interested. 14.01.2022 Dear Friends, There will be a meeting of the Queensland Regional Buddhist Group on WEDNESDAY 27th MARCH 2019... At NEILSON PARK (directions below) BAGARA At 10am start. All those interested in Buddhism are welcome to come. Please bring a cushion, rug or chair with you. Neilson Park is situated on the coast road. Straight down the main street of Bagara, turn left and at the end of the unit buildings on your left a little further on is Neilson Park on the right. Please bring water, there isn't any tea or coffee available, but some may wish to go to the Windmill for coffee afterwards. 07.01.2022 Hello friends. After such a long time I think a reunion is due, Why don't we carry on the tradition of meeting at River Cruz on Saturday 1st December 2018 at 10am. I would like to see all the people interested in Buddhism to come along and enjoy a social event and to introduce themselves. 07.01.2022 The above Buddhist Groups (Bundaberg Branch) will be meeting at Neilson Park, Bagara on 27th March 2019 To start at 10am, please bring a chair, blanket or cushion with you and a bottle of water. The meeting will consist of prayers, guided meditation (on CDs by our Teacher Venerable Namdag). A reading about the beginning of Buddhism and the Buddha's Teachings (called the Dharma) and the way we should bring this into everyday life so that we may have a cl...ear and knowing mind to cause us to be happy and at peace. We are all practicing and learning each day. It takes years of practice to Meditate but each time we do it, it gets a Iittle easier. For those of you that have shown interest in our Group then come along on the 27th March 2019. Neilson Park is situated on the beach side of the road. Down the main st of Bagara, turn left and when the high rise units finish on your left, Neilson Park is on the right a little further on.
